Do you really come to me?

Yes — that's the whole point. I come to your home, work, or wherever's easy, set up in my vehicle right outside, and hand your phone back in 30 to 60 minutes. No drop-off, no waiting days, no leaving it somewhere for three days. If you'd rather sit in and watch the repair, you're welcome to — some people do, most don't.

How much does it cost?

How long does a repair take?

Most repairs — screens, charging ports, batteries — are done in 30 to 60 minutes from the moment I arrive. You get your phone back the same visit.

What if it's not worth fixing?

I'll give it to you straight, and it costs you nothing to hear it. If the repair isn't the smart spend, I'll say so — and I may even make you a cash offer for the phone. No fix, no fee.

Is the repair guaranteed?

Yes, and the terms differ by part because the parts differ. Screens carry a lifetime warranty — for as long as you own the phone. Batteries and charging ports carry 3 months, because a battery is a consumable that wears by design and a port takes daily physical abuse. Back glass and the $35 port clean carry no warranty — back glass is a two-to-three-hour teardown on many phones, and port lint always comes back. New cracks and liquid damage are always a new repair. Back your phone up beforehand as a matter of habit — same as you would before any repair, with me or anyone else.

It's only a small crack — should I bother?

A hairline crack is the cheapest that repair is ever going to be. Once it spreads into the touch layer, or lets in dust and moisture, a screen job can turn into a screen and digitizer job. That said — if it's not bothering you and the phone's working fine, I'll tell you that too. I'd rather you called me in six months than felt pushed today.

Why is my phone not charging?

Nine times out of ten it isn't the port — it's compacted lint from riding in a pocket. That's a $35 clean, not a $115 port replacement. Power the phone off and gently clear it with a wooden toothpick; that fixes more "dead" ports than anything else I see. If it doesn't, then it's a real port issue and worth looking at — and I'll tell you which one it is before you pay anything.

Will I lose my photos or my data?

No. A screen, battery, charging port or back glass repair doesn't touch your storage — your photos, messages and apps are exactly where you left them. I don't need your passcode for most jobs, and I'll say up front if yours is one of the rare ones where backing up first is worth it. If a phone reaches me already dead, getting your data off comes before anything else.

Do you fix Samsung and Pixel, or only iPhone?

All three. Galaxy A-series and S10 Lite through S26, Pixel 4 through 10 Pro XL, and iPhone from the 8 up to the 17 Pro Max — screens, batteries, charging ports and back glass, plus cameras, speakers and buttons on Pixel. Price is by model, not a flat rate, so check yours in the booking tool and you'll get the real number instead of a "starting from".

Can you come today?

Often, yes — I'm mobile, so it comes down to where I am and what's already booked. Text me what broke and roughly where you are and I'll tell you straight away whether today is realistic. If it isn't, I'll give you the soonest honest window rather than leave you guessing.
