I come to you. Screens, batteries, charging ports and back glass, fixed at your door — or in the parking lot at work — in Mountain Top, Wright and Fairview.

Mountain Top is a place people live and commute out of. The plateau is quiet, the schools are good, the roads are easy — and most of the working day happens down the hill in Wilkes-Barre, out at the Hazleton warehouses, or on I-81 between the two.
Which means the phone rarely breaks at home. It goes on a loading dock, in a truck cab, in a parking lot at shift change. And by the time you are back up the mountain at six o’clock, everything that could have fixed it is closed.
That is the gap I fill. I will come to the house on a Saturday morning, and I will just as happily meet you in a parking lot on your break and have it done before you clock back in. I work out of my vehicle with my own light and power, so I never need to come inside or be somewhere you have to host me.

Mountain Top is about 27 miles from Scranton, essentially straight down I-81, which is the 20 to 35 mile band. The $45 is charged once per visit, never per phone. $50 is the most travel will ever be, anywhere I go.
You get one flat total before I leave Scranton. Nothing is added at the door.
Because the fee is per visit rather than per phone, the sensible way to use me at this distance is to gather them. If your partner has been living with a dying battery and your daughter cracked hers in July, that is one trip, one travel fee and two fixed phones.
The same is true at a workplace. If a few people on the same shift have broken screens, one visit covers all of them — and nobody has to give up a lunch break driving anywhere.
White Haven, Freeland, Rice Township, Wright and Fairview are all inside this run at the same fee.
Cracked screens are the most common call, and the cheapest moment to fix one is before the crack reaches the touch layer. Batteries are the repair people put off longest and regret least — particularly if the phone lives in a cold truck all winter, because cold is what turns a tired battery into a phone that dies at 40%. Charging ports are the one where the answer is often a $35 clean rather than a repair at all. And back glass costs very different amounts depending on the model.
iPhone 8 through 17 Pro Max, Samsung Galaxy A and S series, Google Pixel. Price is by model, not a flat rate — check yours in the booking tool and you get the real number before I set off.
The single most common call I get is a phone that has stopped charging, or that only charges if you hold the cable at a particular angle. Most people assume the port has failed. Most of the time it has not.
What has usually happened is that pocket lint has compacted into the bottom of the port, packed a little further every time the cable went in, until the connector can no longer seat properly. The port is fine. It is just full. If you work anywhere dusty, this happens faster.
That is a $35 clean and about ten minutes, not a port replacement from $115 — and it is worth trying yourself before you call anyone. Power the phone off and clear it gently with a wooden toothpick. If that fixes it, you have saved the whole job and the travel with it.
Your phone, the problem, your town. Two taps and you get a price with the $45 travel already in it.
Home, work, a parking lot on your break. Free diagnosis when I arrive, and if it is not worth fixing you hear that before I start.
An iPhone screen or battery is usually fixed in 30 to 60 minutes after I get to you; other phones and repairs can take longer. I test every function with you before I hand it back.

No call center, no rotating technicians, no phone vanishing into a back room. The person who quotes you is the person who does the repair, and the person you text if something isn't right six months later.
Yes. Mountain Top is about 27 miles from Scranton, straight down I-81, which puts it in the 20 to 35 mile band. Travel is $45, charged once per visit, and the diagnosis is free.
Yes — and on this run it’s the most common request. A parking lot, a loading bay or a lunch break all work. I repair in my vehicle and bring my own light and power, so I don’t need to come inside.
$45, charged once per visit and never per phone. Two phones at the same address or the same workplace pay the travel once. $50 is the highest travel fee anywhere I go.
Yes. White Haven, Freeland, Wright Township, Fairview and Rice Township are all inside the same run at the same travel fee.
Sometimes you shouldn’t. If a counter is close and you have a free afternoon, that’s a fine answer and I’ll say so. What I sell isn’t a lower price — it’s not losing the phone for a day, and not making the trip twice.
Usually not. Nine times out of ten it’s compacted pocket lint, which is a $35 clean rather than a port replacement from $115. You’ll hear which one it is before you pay anything.
