Can you meet me at work or in a parking lot?
Yes, and around here that’s often the easiest option. I work out of my own vehicle, so a workplace parking lot on a break works as well as a driveway does.
My phone got wet at the water park. What should I do first?
Power it off and leave it off. Don’t plug it in to see if it still charges — putting power through a wet charging port is what turns a recoverable phone into a dead one. Don’t use rice. Get it looked at sooner rather than later, because corrosion starts quietly and the port is the lowest point in the phone.
